Trainiert wird beim Intervalltraining mit vorgegebenen Zeitintervallen.
Auf dieser CD sind es 30 Sekunden aktiver Teil, im Wechsel mit 20 Sekunden Pause.
Eine Runde besteht aus vier solcher Intervalle. Somit ergibt sich eine Dauer von knapp vier Minuten pro Runde. Im Regelfall führst du eine bis vier Runden aus.
